Dear Migipedia, I think it's good that you have products for everyone, including vegans, but you can also overdo it. I've been looking for butter puff pastry at Migros Regensdorf for a month. Apart from Anna's best, they all have some kind of oil or margarine. Anna's best no longer has it, of course... Is it all just to have better margins?

It has little to do with switching to vegan if Migros simply uses the cheaper vegetable oils to earn more, but that's been the case for ages. Which butter puff pastries were available? Migros may be able to help you more quickly if you can tell them which one you are looking for that has butter.

Before, almost all of them had butter, but now only Anna's Best is no longer to be found (at least not in Regensdorf). Unfortunately, vegan is often an excuse to bring very industrial products onto the market. And unfortunately it's the same with brands.

The Migros butter dough can be safely discarded, please see my rating/comment. Too bad, it would be worth 5 stars in terms of taste.
