I really appreciate your loyalty offer for café coffees at Migros restaurants and takeaways: pay for 10 coffees and get one free. However, I am surprised that nowadays, such offer is still only paper-based, meaning that you receive a booklet with 11 paper coupons to be detached as you use them. In addition, the cumuls point collection is done not at the purchase of the whole booklet but rather as you hand over the vouchers each time. I find it very inconvenient to have to hand in the voucher each time along with the cumuls just to collect the points. It would be more obvious to receive the points once when buying the whole booklet... but more importantly I also wonder if this could not be made digital, that is, to have the possibility to load the vouchers onto the cumuls card as one can already do with the cumuls vouchers that one receives bimonthly... It would be much more practical and faster as well as having less paper waste. Thank you for your attention.
