I like to buy this mozzarella, but I always have to put the packet in the sink, as it's not always clear to me in advance whether I'll use up the whole contents. If I have leftovers, I always keep the cheese in the liquid in the pack. Many people say that the liquid is nothing more than water, but I can taste the difference. Item, my suggestion is to seal the pack with a seam in the middle. Would this extra step actually make the end product more expensive?
