I bought two brownie trays last summer and find them super practical as they both fit in the oven. There was a recipe on the packaging which tastes amazing, I typed it in and saved it (unfortunately without a printout) and shortly afterwards my laptop was stolen. Can someone send me the recipe again?

A stolen laptop, how annoying! Probably lost a lot more important things. But of course we're glad that you missed our brownie recipe of all things. I don't know if the recipe is still included with the brownie trays, but I'll ask the product manager. I'll get back to you if I'm successful!

Brownies (for Migros brownie baking tin / approx. 18 cm x 27.5 cm)
140 g dark chocolate
125 g milk chocolate
130 g pecan or walnuts
125 g butter
3 eggs
150 g sugar (replace some with vanilla sugar if necessary)
150 g flour
70 g cocoa powder
1.5 dl cream
1 pinch of salt
Butter for the mold or baking paper
Preparation:
-Grease the mold and chill or line with baking paper.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie and mix well.
-Roughly chop the milk chocolate and nuts.
-Beat the eggs, sugar and salt until frothy.
-Mix the flour and cocoa and stir into the egg mixture with the cream and liquid chocolate.
-Fold in the milk chocolate and chopped nuts.
-Pour the mixture into the tin.
-Place the tray in the middle of the oven and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 25 minutes (test with a skewer: the skewer should still be slightly moist).
-Leave to cool in the tin.
-Lift the baked goods out of the tin and cut into brownies of any size using a sharp knife.
