The bread department in 9500 Wil SG has been getting worse and worse for years. Time and time again I have spoken to the staff there directly or written to the M-Infoline. And time and time again, I receive the same, sometimes very cheeky, explanations and justifications. I am also very critical of the in-house bakery. It's getting worse and worse and nobody is doing anything. Because there is also an in-house bakery in Wil, we customers have to do without the "good breads" and only have very few stone-baked breads or no Creation breads at all. I kept asking for them to be put back on the shelves, but I never got an answer.
Today at 09.30 a.m. in 9500 Wil SG. Once again there was not a single rye sourdough bread! And that on a Saturday. It happens again and again. Why don't people order such good breads on Saturdays? The bread is very popular and very often there is simply not a single loaf of it. Today is no exception. Then even the very new, very fine stone-baked Burgbrot is out of stock. And then all the loaves from the home bakery were completely burnt! I couldn't believe my eyes. They were almost all black! That's just not possible!
I just think it's really bad that Migros is trying to talk its way out of this and that the department management doesn't even recognize such abuses..................
I then drove to 1-M Stelz and there I got my stone oven castle bread and my stone oven baguette!!!
Is that really necessary? Why does Wil SG simply not want to see this?
