Wouldn't it be possible to sell high-quality organic bags of bread (similar to fruit/vegetables) at a low price and offer the bread open, without packaging?

Then you could pack the bread yourself with the bags you bring or buy, without additional packaging.

The price label could then be printed out via the station (similar to fruit/vegetables).

The whole bakery department would then also be much more visually attractive.
