Why has the bread selection been reduced so drastically in most stores? My favorite breads are suddenly no longer available?

I mainly shop in the Aarau region. Schöftland and Ofringen to be precise.
Prinzenbrot is suddenly only available in larger stores. It was previously available everywhere. I also no longer find regional breads such as Wiggertaler.

Here is the feedback from the Aare cooperative:
Oftringen: Prinzenbrot is available in the range. The Centerbrot from Zofingen will be available again from the beginning of February and the Wiggertalerbrot will be available again from the beginning of March.
Schöftland: Unfortunately, demand was too low in the Schöftland branch, so these breads are no longer available there.

I would like to compliment the store in Hochdorf/LU. They have a large selection there and variety is no problem. The only criticism: it would be nice if the monthly bread was also on offer. Thank you.
