Every now and then I buy a bread roll topped with cheese.
(Self-service in the bread section of the oven)
I would like to know the calorie content (nutritional information)
and whether the roll is from Switzerland?
So how old is this dough?
The rolls from the German BackWerk ect. stores are already "months" old by the time they are baked and then sold "fresh". The dough is also transported across half of Europe. I hope this is not the case with Migros?
