This week I had the bad experience of buying 2x self-service bakery products at a Migros freeway stop. I'm not ecologically aware, but the transparent bags are a disaster. These bags are almost impossible to open, and the customer after me had the same problem. The saleswoman told us that everything was fine and that we had to be patient to open these bags: "hello customer-oriented mindset". So we each took several bags instead of one to try and wrap our croissants.
It's a shame Migros is putting this on the market, their quality department should wake up and try to just buy bread. I stopped at a Coop station at the freeway exit.
