Delicious capsules bonus program

I have now been registered with Delizio for two months and have also received 200 points for this. I have bought 3 packs of capsules since registering and have not received any more points. What have I not done right?

I had the same problem for a long time and had to write an e-mail with a receipt EVERY time to credit the points manually. The last 2 times, however, it worked quite quickly automatically.

PS: There are no points for the M-Budget capsules, not even for purchases at Migrolino.

Do I understand correctly that you also get points for capsule purchases in Migros, not just for online orders? In this case, I am missing all possible points.
