Concerning the Delizio bonus program:
I have bought Delizio capsules a few times since the summer of 2016. Unfortunately, they are not visible in my bonus program ? ! What could be the cause? I am registered with M-connect and the Delizio bonus program. Please check this. Thank you for your help

Since the bonus program has existed, I have asked info(at)delizio(dot).ch three times that points have not been taken into account. The last time the points from the Galapagos capsules were missing because they were not transferred to the system.
Please state your Cumulus number in the e-mail. It is best to send the receipt as a PDF attachment. You can select and download these under > Cumulus > Receipts.
The points will then be credited to you within a very short time.

In the beginning the program went well, but the last 4-5 times the points were never credited. I wrote an email to Delica each time and then it worked (until the next time). It is also important to know that there are NO Delizio points with Migrolino.
