@Vera1Thisdidn't work forme either for a long time. I always sent the receipts from the app by email to Delizio customer service, who then added them manually and assured me that it would now work.
At some point, I finally had someone competent who had discovered an error and was able to fix it. It has worked since then. In any case, keep at it if it doesn't work and insist on your points, after all, the capsules are expensive enough.
