Has anyone ever ordered goods from the bonus program? I have exchanged some of my more than 13,000 points. Unfortunately, no goods have arrived and there is no reply to emails and the hotline is (supposedly) permanently manned. The only reply I received was via Facebook, telling me to contact customer service. When I wrote back that I had already done this and there was no reply, they said I should tell them again what the issue was....tja, that was it, no reply, nothing.

What exactly do you mean by "ordered goods from the bonus program"? You can't order rewards from Cumulus.

Delizio coffee has a bonus program. Bonus points are awarded for every pack of coffee. In the meantime, I had accumulated over 13,000 points. More than 3 weeks ago, I wanted to redeem about 4000 of these points for rewards. Since then, the status has been set to "not yet processed", there has been no response to two email inquiries and the hotline is always busy. Then went via Delizio on Fb, first they said they couldn't do anything, I should contact the hotline, when I said that I had probably already tried this a dozen times without success, they asked for the reason, which I explained again.... Since then there has been silence there too. I just wanted to know when I could expect the goods.
