Thank you for the new OH egg whites! However, allow me to express my disappointment when I noticed that the eggs were NOT from Switzerland... I think it's essential to change that. Thank you for thinking about it in order to promote healthy, LOCAL food that RESPECTS the environment and animals.

PS: What happens to the egg yolks?
Hello @Mesfisto, thank you for contacting us. As indicated on the packaging, these eggs do indeed come from free-range farms in Germany. Although our own L+S industry does produce egg products, they cannot be stored without refrigeration. That's why we import this product from another company that meets these requirements. As far as egg yolks are concerned, we use them, for example, in our bakery products. Best regards, Heidi
