Hello @Mesfisto, thank you for contacting us. As indicated on the packaging, these eggs do indeed come from free-range farms in Germany. Although our own L+S industry does produce egg products, they cannot be stored without refrigeration. That's why we import this product from another company that meets these requirements. As far as egg yolks are concerned, we use them, for example, in our bakery products. Best regards, Heidi
