Please change banks. I love the Migros Cumulus card, but I'm fed up with Cembra. Written inquiries via the contact form are ignored and I was not taken seriously by customer service on the phone. There were inexplicable calls abroad from Switzerland, always from the same telephone number. The credit card is blocked for every little thing, more or less for my own safety, but unfortunately often in impossible situations.
The first woman at customer service confirmed the call, the second vehemently denied it, even though I had the calls on my phone, and didn't let me explain anything more.

I have written to Cembra, unfortunately it is almost impossible to write to them as they do not provide an email and the online form is only 1000 characters long. Corresponds with my experience: Requests take a long time to answer and the answers often do not properly relate to the requests.
