Please take more care at the cheese counter!

It's not the first time, but this time it's extremely noticeable: I recently bought a Lucerne cream cheese at the cheese counter in M Gümligen. After just a few days, even before opening the packaging, mold started to form on the cut surfaces. This happens when soft cheese and then hard cheese are cut with the same knife on the same board and no sufficient cleaning process takes place in between. As a result, all types of cheese are contaminated with mold from the soft cheese varieties. Anyone who does not know this believes that the cheese is spoiled, but this is not the case. My Lucerne cream cheese also developed blue mold and smelled like Gorgonzola. I like Gorgonzola, but when I buy Lucerne cream cheese, I want it to taste like Lucerne cream cheese!

PS: This is not just a problem at this branch, I've had the same problem elsewhere. Please sensitize the staff in general!
