When I was a child, in the 1980s, the spinach cakes from Migros
always had bacon cubes in the filling!
They were just super! Really aromatic and spicy.
Unfortunately, the bacon was removed at some point?
Now these Chüechli are just bland!
Please bring spinach Chüechli with bacon cubes back into the stores!
You could have two versions, one with and one without bacon.
That way, vegetarians would also be well catered for!
