There are now sugar-free recipes on the Migros iMpuls homepage. Great, but they talk about birch sugar. So I think that if a Migros subgroup offers such things, birch sugar should also be available in Migros. At best, it should also be available to order so that they don't have to have it on the shelves, or at least during the Advent season when most cookies are baked.

Unfortunately, we don't actually have any birch sugar in our range. We agree with you that we should use products from our range in our recipes. We have gladly passed this input on to those responsible. Our baking fairy will also check whether it is possible to include it in our range in the future. However, we cannot promise you this. Oh yes, it would be really great if birch sugar was finally available. I find it so difficult to find it at all, you can usually only order it online somewhere, but then I have to wait or think about it in good time.
