Thank you for your message. The desire for birch sap is not entirely new. However, demand in Switzerland is still very low, which is why we have so far decided not to introduce this product.
However, I will be happy to pass on your request to the product range managers - they will keep an eye on the suggestion and will be happy to consider it when analyzing the product range.
