Dear Migros
Why is half of your organic leek missing? I just can't understand why they cut off the top green part of the organic leek and then sell the lower white parts. I don't just see this as pointless, it's a waste of vegetables.
I spoke to a customer about this today and we both decided not to tolerate this, I would say cheekiness on the part of Migros, and bought the organic leeks elsewhere (independent organic store). Obviously there are several people who think like me.
So please, people, sell the leeks whole.

I think that, especially in the organic sector, you should pay more attention to the complete utilization of food (not that you simply remove the leaves from conventional leeks) and avoid wasting food as much as possible.

I have learned that we have two organic leek products in our range. One is the conventional green leek and the other is a pre-cut version, which you have probably seen. Quality assurance for organic leeks is very demanding in summer. Due to unsatisfactory quality, we had to close the organic leek (with green) item for a short time. It will be available again in larger stores from next week. You will then be able to choose which product suits you better. Best regards, Silvia
