The fact that glutamate is harmful is no longer a matter of debate. It has also been scientifically proven several times.
Yeast extract is also glutamate because it contains glutamate. So what's the difference? And please don't come to me with "IN YEAST EXTRACT THERE WOULD BE NATURAL GLUTAMATE".
Glutamic acid is and remains glutamic acid and this brain-damaging poison does not belong in an organic bouillon!
It contains 3.7% vegetables - I feel cheated by Migros across the board with this product!

The Morga company can do it! Why can't Migros do it?
