Organic red wine vinegar

Bio Rotweinessig

Dear Migros

I actually like red wine vinegar, but would like to avoid sulphites. Coop offers an organic red wine vinegar without sulphites, but Migros does not. I don't want to shop at Coop just because of the vinegar.

Please consider introducing organic red wine vinegar (not the one with raspberry flavor, but a pure red wine vinegar).

Thank you

Hello HirschiS
I've never tried red wine vinegar. Sounds interesting. What is the difference in taste to normal vinegar?
Greetings moz

Good evening@moz79

Depending on the origin, producer and wine, red wine vinegar has a more or less intense flavor. It is ideal for Italian and spicy salads. Try a variety, but not the one with raspberry, you can use it for desserts.
I almost only use red wine vinegar (70%) in my dishes.

This is comparable to wine - red wine vinegar simply tastes a little stronger and fuller than white wine vinegar.

Hello@HirschiS

I apologize that you are only hearing from me now. I have forwarded your request to those responsible for the range and am still waiting for feedback on their plans.

Best regards
Tanja

Great, great. I don't want to go to Coop for this - after all, I'm a true Migros child :)

@Tanja_Migros have you already received feedback from the product range managers? I don't want to consume sulphites either.

Hello everyone

At the moment we are not planning to introduce an organic red wine vinegar; we currently stock the red wine vinegar from M-Classic, 1035.201, which contains 5% sulphites.

We also stock Ponti Aceto Aroma Antico Vino Rosso, 1035.260 with 0.017% sulphites.

Kind regards
Tanja
