I would like to suggest an addition to the frozen fruit range. I wish that in addition to frozen apricots and plums there were also peach slices...

Hoi @HirschiS, thank you for your suggestion, we will look into it. Unfortunately, peaches are rather tricky. To prevent the fruit from becoming "soggy" as soon as it has defrosted, it has to be harvested almost unripe and frozen. Finding the right degree of ripeness so that the peach still has flavor but doesn't fall apart is rather difficult. Kind regards, Sina
Yes, it's the same with apricots - I think it doesn't matter if they're ripe and aromatic, especially for wafers or homemade compotes. You just have to ask the customers.
