I asked the product manager why we don't have organic skimmed milk in our range. The fact is that we don't see enough potential for skimmed milk under the organic label at the moment.
At 2.4%, the organic M-Drink has less fat than whole milk, so the introduction of a special skimmed milk is not planned at the moment. We will also take a closer look at the product during the next product range analysis. It may be possible to include skimmed milk in our range at a later date.

Please check carefully, because I think those people who buy skimmed milk are figure and health-conscious people. These are also the people who tend to be pro-organic.
The milk would be sold, because there is obviously a market at Coop.
Or they could take the Léger milk out of their range and turn it into organic Léger skimmed milk.

Has there been any news on this topic? Because the trend towards organic and low-fat foods is hardly going to stop. Unfortunately, more and more people have to be very careful about what they consume. And that is why the fat content of milk plays a decisive role.
Replacing Léger skimmed milk with organic skimmed milk would be an effective solution to avoid having to increase the range! Or would this be too expensive for Léger consumers?
