We are very big fresh pasta lovers. Fast, uncomplicated and delicious. Last Friday we bought and cooked the seasonal organic pumpkin/sage. After one bite we lost our appetite. Phew, the filling is GREAT. Pumpkins taste like they come out of a soup bag, so we assume that they are used dried for the filling. It's a shame, but we'll be going back to tried and tested fresh pasta in the near future.
