Hi Pinot69 Thank you for your message. The organic Mifloc mashed potato is produced without additives, which is why it tends to need a little more water. It also always depends on the raw material; depending on this, a little more or less water is needed. We have generally chosen the 3.5 dl of water because this gave the best result in all the tests carried out by our supplier. However, our manufacturer will check the specification again and take measures if necessary. Kind regards, Angela
