Good day. Is it just me who has the feeling that organic vegetables and fruit develop mold very quickly in 2016 (visible the next day) or have already had it or are often rotten?
To my annoyance, I often only noticed this at home, as it was usually on the underside. (Often half the pack!) Or a lot of things already had mold while I was shopping. (I also think it's stupid to throw everything away, but organic is much more expensive and then you have to pay for mold...)
I feel stupid going to customer service again and again for a refund. Yes, you can look at it beforehand, but sometimes you only see it at home (underside) or you overlook it very quickly. The price-performance ratio was not right in 2016. And I estimate that I paid around CHF 100 for mold.
What are your experiences?

It happened to me once years ago, and that's really annoying.
I generally assume that organic products go bad more quickly than "conventional" ones, because they are supposed to have been produced without poisons and preservatives. Therefore, organic products must also be fresher, which justifies the higher price.
Whenever possible, I buy the products openly, then the problem with the "lower half" doesn't arise.

I'm sorry that you bought rotten or moldy products from us several times last year - of course that shouldn't happen. It is correct that you reported this directly to customer service and received your money back.
However, I would still like to pass on your feedback to those responsible at the relevant store. Can you tell me which stores or which region you prefer to shop in?
