Maybe someone can help me: Until a few weeks ago there was an organic butter on the block and now there is an organic preferred butter and an organic cooking butter. What is the difference (apart from price and quantity)?
In terms of composition, the preferred butter is made from pasteurized cream and the cooked butter only from cream...so is it unpasteurized?
