I have great news for you in this regard: The Bimi is currently available in larger Migros stores in the Lucerne and Aare cooperative (Bern region). A similar product - the Extra Fioretto (a cross between cauliflower and broccoli) will be available in German-speaking Switzerland from December. It tastes sweeter and less "cabbagey" than its relatives broccoli and cauliflower. If you don't live in these regions, this would be the ideal alternative for you!
