Does anyone know whether Migros also publishes the meat processors in addition to the country of origin? In particular the German and Dutch ones? For example, does Migros purchase meat from Clemens Tönnies?

Just google "Migros Tönnies" and you will find statements, but short version: yes Migros has and does. But I am curious to hear the answer from Migros ;)
Haha, I'm also curious about THE answer... But as always, it's up to the consumer, isn't it? If you buy meat from abroad, you shouldn't be surprised. Kassensturz and others are always uncovering meat scandals, e.g. with turkey, horse or rabbit meat from abroad. I have only been buying Swiss meat for years. Either organic or Naturafarm. And if it doesn't have any, I prefer not to.
I only buy Swiss meat because I never know for sure and don't want to find out for myself. Slaughterhouses have long been a thorn in my side. I've seen one from the outside. High fence on top, a roll of army wire with razor-sharp blades and cameras at close intervals. Sorry, what's so dangerous about a meat factory? If you take photos or film in the vicinity, security comes straight away... I think it's strange. The press has also had very mixed things to say about them since they've been around... Hmhm no. But the Swiss aren't perfect either, there are also some not so great things. I hope it's better and we're eating less and less meat anyway.
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Micarna imports pork from various companies in Germany as processed meat, including from the Tönnies company until just over two weeks ago. However, there are no pork imports for sale as fresh meat. The relevant transmission route of the coronavirus is from person to person. According to current scientific knowledge, transmission of the pathogen to humans via food is unlikely. Food, including food from open sales, can be consumed without hesitation. Migros only declares the origin and not the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of the Food Information Ordinance. Kind regards, Richi

Thank you for your answer. My question was not about coronavirus, but about the terrible working conditions at the meat processor in question. The fact that Migros condones this is appalling. It would therefore be progressive if customers could at least find out and choose. However, I suspect that Migros is waiting for regulation instead of taking proactive action. What a pity.
Look at that delicious. That's why I don't like EU meat, I've become very careful. Since there are hardly any real controls and often with announcements... But more and more self-checks... https://www.spiegel.de/wirtschaft/toennies-fleisch-lag-in-von-ratten-bevoelkertem-kuehlhaus-a-921cc8cc-5458-4c8b-878f-2d36966fb268

As far as I know, it is not possible to carry out unannounced inspections of all businesses in Switzerland either, as the authorities have too few staff for this... There are also rodents in stores in Switzerland: https://www.20min.ch/story/zuerich-hat-ein-massives-problem-mit-maeusen-613307349785, https://www.telezueri.ch/zuerinews/coop-stadelhofen-kaempft-mit-einer-rattenplage-136357955
