We were surprised by the great success of the promotion and the high demand for special marbles, which explains this bottleneck/limited production of marbles. But you can send us your Saturday receipt by e-mail and we'll try to send you a replacement equivalent to the number of marbles you didn't receive on 05.12.2020. At the moment, we can't promise that it will work before Christmas. You can send a legible photo of the 5.12. to: migros-helpline@migros.ch and don't forget to include your postal address. Thank you for your comment. Same disappointment for my son, we made a 180.- purchase and only one "superstar" marble, whereas according to the booklet, it's one per 20.- purchase. Impossible to complete the collection unless you buy them at auction on Ricardo, at 30.00 a marble! Nor do I think it's very clever to encourage families to do all their shopping on the same day, when there's the danger of Covid...

Since the beginning of the operation, the "Migros All Stars" marbles have met with considerable success and the promotion devoted to them has exceeded all our expectations. It turns out, however, that our stock of marbles is about to run out. As we are keen to avoid further disappointment, we have decided to bring the promotion to a premature end. Instead of December 23, 2020, it will now end on December 14. But no one will go home empty-handed: complete sticker cards can still be exchanged in our Migros supermarkets throughout December, while stocks last.
