We're really disappointed, we race on purpose for the marbles and end up with just 1 marble per run. So how do you do the 4 x races to get the special marbles? I find that for 20 frs it's already expensive and on top of that you only put one marble per pack.
Hello valmatmo1973 We can understand the disappointment as there were not enough special balls. We were surprised by the great success of the promotion and the high demand for special marbles, which explains this bottleneck/limited production of marbles. But you can send us your Saturday receipt by e-mail and we'll try to send you a replacement equivalent to the number of marbles you didn't receive on 05.12.2020. At the moment, we can't promise that it will work before Christmas. You can send us a legible photo of the 5.12. to: migros-helpline@migros.ch and don't forget to include your postal address.
