Last name First name* servedme at the till today.

She didn't give me the receipt and didn't ask for it at the till. I got an important phone (business phone) while I was at the checkout. When I asked for the receipt shortly afterwards, she put the garbage can down and told me to look for it myself and left the checkout.

The other Migros employees helped me look for it later. I needed the receipt for a customer. I felt that Ms. Lastname 's behaviour was not okay and she also speaks bad German. As soon as I entered the checkout, she didn't greet me back and spoke to a member of staff in a harsh tone.

Well, talking on the phone at the checkout is not a sign of good manners either (business or not). Unfortunately, even at Migrolino Lenzburg you are usually only greeted with the words "Want a bag?". Instead of overzealously trying to pack everything unnecessarily into bags, a little decency and friendliness would be appropriate.

I don't understand the bag thing anyway. Fortunately, Migros is trying to reduce consumption and at Migrolino they want to pack everything right away so that it goes quickly.

This has never happened to me before, I have always received the vouchers without being asked. I was even asked if I wanted the additional receipts as I use the digital Cumulus card.
Well, I don't think I'm so important that I have to bother the cashier with my phone calls.

At Migros Zollikofen I've only ever experienced nice and helpful staff.


It's miserable when you have to make a complaint here "because the customer doesn't speak proper German" ;-)

It happens in Migros from time to time that employeesspeak in bad German in parallel withanother employee .I myself, on the other hand, don't have trouble with German, but I do have trouble speaking in parallel...

Today I was served by FirstnameLastname(names anonymized by the Migros team to protect the employee) in the Migrolino branch near the train station in Bremgarten AG. I bought various items for a total of 13 and paid with a 200 note. The lady at the till counted the money 5 times before she gave me my change. I was quite annoyed that she took so long to count the money, so I counted the change again myself. I received 167.- in change, which was 20.- too little! I went back to the store and complained about it. At first the lady didn't want to believe me. I dumped my entire wallet on the counter to prove that there was money missing. The cashier immediately admitted that she had given out 20.- too little, but didn't want to give me the money. She only gave me 10.-, she justified her actions but because of the broken German she spoke I couldn't understand her. As I had to go back to work, I was no longer able to clarify the matter. I find it sad to hire staff like that! I am really disappointed and will no longer go shopping in this Migrolino branch!



I ask you to do something about it! If you are not even able to give out the money which is even displayed on the monitor of the cash register, it is probably the wrong job.
