Regardless of the debate about whether doughnuts with granulated sugar (I say) or those with powdered sugar (my girlfriend says) are better, we both love the delicious jam filling, of which there is unfortunately always far too little.
We suspect that the Migros bakery does not use normal Migros jam for the Berliner filling, but a special creation (otherwise please tell us which jam it is).
Dear Migros, why don't you fill this "Berliner jam" into jars - you'd already have two customers for sure.
