Who remembers the delicious doughnuts baked in fat with granulated sugar and plenty of jam from the past? Where have they gone? Today's are unfortunately too dry and powdery with powdered sugar.

I still know the good pancakes, we used to call them that and you can hardly find them with jam and a fine sugar glaze anymore.
