Do only the children get a 10-fold Cumulus voucher for their birthday? As a mother, I've always received one up to now.

As I understand it, the adults should also receive a 10-fold Cumulus voucher for their birthday. I received an e-mail for my children to print out or activate the voucher. I think it will then be sent to us adults by post or will (soon?) be available online or in the app (if registered).
I'm curious, because it's "very soon" for me too. (So the 30 days before are already over, but with my children the e-mail also came "only" about 10 days before the birthday).

Regarding children, it is in connection with Famigros. And apart from that, it shouldn't really be a regional promotion. Perhaps you have made a note that you don't want any advertising/personal offers?

The Famigros birthday coupon is sent by e-mail approx. 1 month before the children's birthday. For your own birthday, you will receive the birthday coupon by e-mail directly on your birthday. The coupon will then also be visible on the web portal and in the Migros app. Greetings Natalie

The Cumulus-Infoline answered this question with the sentence "For your own birthday you will receive the birthday coupon directly on your birthday by e-mail".
However, the question of whether this was a regional promotion was not answered. If I remember correctly, I received the last (and only) birthday 10x Cumulus voucher in 2012, back then still in paper form. As you never know whether the system has taken on a life of its own, I have now checked all the settings in my profile again: everything is fine. I would have been surprised too, as I receive everything else (newsletter by email, vouchers for new items by post, etc.).

No, these are not regional promotions; Cumulus birthday vouchers are issued and valid throughout Switzerland. In the digital version, they are labeled "Birthday coupon". The following birthday coupons are available this year:
You get the children's coupons if you are a Famigros member. I don't have any children and am therefore not a Famigros member and received the coupons mentioned for my birthday. This should also definitively answer the question of whether adults without children still receive birthday coupons. So if you have not yet received a birthday coupon on your birthday (or at the latest 10 days after), you should contact the Cumulus-Infoline.
