Why do posts suddenly disappear here when they are negative or when criticism is leveled at Migros?

@indios: WHICH (type of) posts / WHICH specific post do you mean? Question purely out of interest (and because I have been waiting for a statement from M-Infoline regarding certain "points of criticism" for some time...)

@Istabul: IN ANY CASE, it's probably THESE posts because of which "Migros 9500 Wil" has 'stuck' in your own memory...
But Istanbul: HOW "would" I have to proceed in order to comment DIRECTLY on this post of yours again? there is NO "reply option" given/(visible here)...That is actually the point I meant in the forum post...[Sorry, I am unfortunately - as you will hardly have failed to notice - LITERALLY incompetent in such things (and accordingly find it quite difficult to work with the new Migipedia version-:(..])

Somehow it is simply more confusing than before, where it was NOT necessary to put "@" in front of each post, DA the related posts could be inserted nicely (using the reply function) one below the other-:(...

The missing post you mentioned with the title "Migros 9500 Wil" is - as they say - my fault. I was deleting spam posts yesterday and accidentally - due to a moment of lack of concentration - deleted your post as well. Unfortunately, restoring it did not work.
May I ask you to re-post this criticism? It is clearly not the idea of the Migipedia platform to make criticism disappear or not respond to it. It helps us to improve and to get to know the needs of our customers.
I hereby expressly apologize for my mistake.
I will gladly pass on the problem of not being able to reply and the deletion of posts to our developers.
