Would it be possible to offer the assembly instructions for Micasa furniture for download on the product pages? This would allow you to see before you buy whether and which tools are required. And any helpers could be called upon. It would also be easier for the private archive; the documents would not have to be scanned in separately.
Ikea already does this, for example.

"[...] We are already working on mapping all existing assembly instructions online. So it won't be long before you can download them from Micasa. [...]"
