Reminds me of a barker at the vegetable market in St. Gallen many years ago. When he was selling, he had to constantly sort out vegetables because they were defective and he threw them into a bucket. Shortly before the market closed at 5 p.m., he took out the bucket and shouted: Here are the cheapest organic vegetables in the whole town and quoted an exorbitant price...
He was joking, of course, but it still "rubbed some the wrong way".
