I like to make the batter for my cakes and pastries from scratch. Nevertheless, I always have a packet of baking mix at home as an "emergency supply" in case I have a surprise visitor.
However, I'm always annoyed that every box comes with a coated cardboard mold in addition to the baking mix bag, which I neither want nor need. I see this as a waste of raw materials and a burden on the environment. It bothers me that I don't have the choice of buying the product without the mold.
Doesn't suit Migros from an environmental point of view. :(
