I love quark tarts. Unfortunately, I can no longer find the Midor raspberry tart. I think a neutral version would be even better. That way you could vary the flavor by adding fresh fruit. I have now switched to a competitor's product, where quark and cream have to be added. Unfortunately, the fine crumble base is missing here. My family and I would be delighted to see a new quark tart creation.
