Protein bread is the future!
Is there a ready-made baking mix for such breads? Or is something being planned?

From you the pre-packed slices and the fresh bread. But they took away the best protein bread.
I think you're wrong. Back then there was a light protein bread without seeds! And it didn't have such a high fat content either. The current open dark protein bread (which was also available back then) is too gummy for me and has too many seeds and kernels and def. too high nutritional values.

We do not yet offer a bread baking mix. However, we are aware of the trend and are always looking into new products. I can't tell you any more about it. best regards, Tamara
