Stecki, it's not the same, young carrots are very tender. Young carrots used to be available from Bofrost, but now only mixed with peas. Hero used to have them in a tin, but I don't like them cooked. But they are also available here: https://thiriet.ch/baby-karotten-2-5-kg-b6c631p328i1l2.html Baby carrots are rarely found here. If you don't want to order them, you can get them in Germany, but you can find them in almost every supermarket there.

Hello everyone and thank you @ViiBii for your message! We are always happy to pass on suggestions for the range to the experts for information and testing. Even though I can't promise anything, I've eaten baby carrots elsewhere and liked them. I'd be delighted if they were available on our shelves in the future. :)

Baby carrots are cut from larger carrots. But because they are smaller and thinner, they look more tender. That's why I really like them and missed them a lot when I was back home from the USA. But I found them. At Migros! They come in tins :)

Healthy carrots, soaked in water-filled, toxic cans (BPA). No thanks.
Better buy the ones from Hero, at least they don't contain any poison.

I discovered by chance today that the Migros outlet has frozen baby carrots in a 2.5 kg bag for CHF 9.90. They even have poison-free canned Hero food, which Migros doesn't officially have in its range. Funny, the outlet has better things than the usual Migros.
I am generally suspicious of outlets. Goods are produced for outlets. For me, this contradicts the whole point. And is a deception of the customer.
How true!
This year I don't have any carrots on the balcony, but I do have kale :-)
