In October 2019, I bought an Adler leather sofa from Micasa for around 3000 CHF. After one year, we noticed an unusual wear of the leather of our sofa. We filed a claim with Migros Service in August 2021. The sofa was still under warranty. Migros Service sent an independent expert in October 2021, who found that the leather was delaminating due, in his opinion, to improper treatment of the leather in its preparation. It is now September 2022 and Migros Service has still not proposed a solution to the problem. We have offered them two options: a refund on the sofa or a change of covers. But for the time being, we still have our leather sofa, which is falling apart more and more every day. We must have exchanged more than twenty emails or phone calls with Migros Service, but the answer was always the same: your case is being processed and we'll call you back soon. What do you think of Migros Service's behavior? Is this the kind of service one should expect when buying a 3000 CHF sofa? What's your opinion?
