I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether Migros passes on discarded/old vegetables to pet owners instead of throwing them away. Or whether Migros donates them or something?

I think that would be right too. Unfortunately, I recently shopped at Shopville Märt and it was almost closing time and the lady at the till was discussing with her colleague what to do with the leftover food. The other one replied tues furt. To be honest, I'm a bit shocked @MIGROS
