Foreign market, Swiss isolated, new label?

Ausländischer Markt, Schweizer Isoliert, neues Label?

I would like to suggest some thoughts here. Switzerland secures its market extremely with customs duties as well as non-existent offers, it is virtually impossible for small traders to become really well known and thus to offer a product plate. There are more such traders for catering businesses, but private customers are excluded. In one way the market protection is good, buying regionally is very good. However, it should be possible to buy exotic products more often. If you want to buy, for example, mangosteen or jackfruit (or things you don't even know, or simply a different variety) etc. in Switzerland, it's rather lucky to get them. These fruits are available all year round on the world market, but in Switzerland, as I said, it's luck. Fruits from Spain are all well and good, Migros also has its own production facilities there, but all this is more or less basic. (it's clear that they want to sell their products) In the Mirgos they have them from time to time around Christmas, fruit dealers for private customers don't tend to have them on Langer because these dealers are not really active on the market. There are so many exotic fruits and vegetables on the market, there are around 300 of each type! Like the variety of apples. It's just boring and so 80's to always see the same type of coconut in the store, to only see this yellow star fruit at Christmas that is offered for sale. Why aren't there projects for a greater variety? Especially for Migros Online, this is certainly logistically effective to implement instead of offering this in the store. As I said, as a private customer it is virtually impossible to get certain products, I think since 2021 there is a new customs law, an official certificate must be enclosed when importing fruit and vegetables (believe also spices that are not ground) for proof that the products are not diseased.(This law makes it even more impossible to have the opportunity to get to know new things in the fruit and vegetable sector). This is understandable, as the introduction of plant diseases and or insects can cause great damage! This is where the large importers come into play again with their ripening chambers, which are probably also used to kill insects. Small traders therefore do not have the possibility to really import themselves and can only buy from wholesalers for the gastronomy. If you look at what is offered, where you can look as a private customer without extra retailer exclusive possibilities like Alibaba, there are already some interesting fruits and vegetables that I just want to test without having to travel abroad and buy certain things more often. It would be interesting if Mirgos would start a new label project that would make this possible for interested parties. sell this via the online market. Everything that is packaged, in bottles etc. is not a problem to find a middleman in Switzerland, that is possible. Create the possibility to get to know new fresh products, which is otherwise not possible, a limited edition, possibly with pre-registration? or at risk together with other wholesalers in the gastro? Something like this LetsBuyit.com (the idea was good, but the market was not yet available because it was too early on the market) The principle: only when there are enough pre-orders will it be bought. It would be very interesting if something like this could be realized.
