These are not yet available here. Unfortunately, my joy was short-lived: once again, Migros is unable to produce pure spelt rolls. It has wheat in it.......

Great... Why is that? If spelt, then 100%, I don't need anything else either. So I continue to bake myself, or wheat.

It's simply unbelievable that Migros can't manage this. It doesn't want to...... others can....

Unfortunately, this is the case with many manufacturers. Spelt or wholemeal is written on the label, but if you look at the contents, it often contains wheat. You really have to be careful if you want to eat pure wholemeal or spelt bread.
