In Spain, there is THE alternative to greasy potato chips.
Gusanitos are similar to flips, but are made from corn powder, low in salt and low in fat. So they are relatively low in calories. Unfortunately, you won't find them in Switzerland.
Aspitos is another brand. These are slightly larger and packaged in two or three sticks and are great as snacks for children. Three sticks have just 21 Kcal.
