It is extremely tragic for us that we can no longer buy the "Asco Adult Cereal 6". Our dog is ill and we have realized that he needs the food. I have already bought it in several stores and when it was no longer available, I looked elsewhere. Now, unfortunately, I can't get it any more. But unfortunately our dog needs the food, when he was still getting it he was fit and in a good mood and you couldn't even tell that he was ill. Since he no longer gets the food, he has become really thin and moody and is no longer fit. I wish we could still get the food somewhere, because without it, our dog won't be able to live that long? If you know somewhere where I can still order the food. Please let me know, it looks like it is really vital for our dog. I also wanted to call Asco myself, but unfortunately I can't find anything from them on the Internet... Or maybe someone knows another good cerium food that is produced in the same or a similar way, please let me know. I would prefer it to be available in Migros again.

Of course, I mixed dry food and meat with it and he only got that in the morning plus his medicine. In the evening he only got dry food again, so he was perfectly fine. Of course I also tried to increase the dry food or tried other combinations, but without the supplementary food, he simply lacks something that he needs. As I don't know what it is, I can't simply replace it. It is clear to me that he needs this supplementary food.

I can only say what I experienced myself with my dog, I took him over and he had different food. He wasn't super fit back then either, even though he had expensive food from Royal Canin. He had a very bad bowel movement, one day too liquid and the other day he could hardly excrete. I thought it was due to the food. I tried a few things and found out. The Cerial food was very good for him. He always had regular bowel movements, not too thin and not too thick, which is perfect for his anal fistula ring. (This is an incurable disease and even with surgery, it comes back in most cases). At the last check-up, the doctor also said that the anal fistula ring looks much better, as it did before. When he reached the age of 7, I switched to Asco senior food + the Cerial food. Everything is still tiptop. Since he stopped eating the Cerial food, however, he is visibly worse. I haven't noticed any allergies.
As I no longer have the packaging, I unfortunately don't know the composition.

I live with cats, but when it comes to pet food, dogs and cat owners can tell you a thing or two!
Bodenseeknusperli has added the list of ingredients in an answer, which is exactly the same as the one listed for the product here on Migipedia. However, it says soybean oil, not sunflower oil.
I would ask at Fressnapf if they have a similar or identical product, you will usually find it there!
You could also ask M-Infoline directly about the product, they will be able to give you the best information!

At first I thought I might even be able to recommend something, but unfortunately my dog has the exact opposite of yours: he doesn't even tolerate grain well, so I only know of foods that don't contain it.
Nevertheless, I hope it works as quickly as possible so that your four-legged friend feels better again very quickly.

I would like to say thank you again to everyone who has given me tips, I have tried a cerium supplement from Vet-Concept and it has been a success. With my big one, you can't see a rib anymore, his bowel movements are perfect again and he is also fit again.? and his coat shines in the sun again.
