It would be great if there were low fat lattes for cafés, lightly sweetened or unsweetened, with or without caffeine and in the flavors peppermint, caramel and natural.

Thank you very much for this suggestion. That sounds like a very specific idea of how the flavored milk should look and taste. The idea of drinking peppermint-flavored coffee has never even occurred to me. Personally, I'm a fan of hazelnut flavor (in syrup form) ;-)
I'll be happy to pass on your wish and keep my fingers crossed that it comes true.

A light fresh peppermint note in the coffee and cocoa are very refreshing.
Cardamom would also be great, especially now in winter.
